About the Role

Andrews’ Fixture Company is seeking a motivated Cabinet Design Engineer to join us in creating and delivering excellent cabinets and fixtures. This position is for individuals enthusiastic about woodworking, cabinetry, and design technology. You will work closely with our production and design teams to create accurate, detailed, production‑ready Cabinet Vision S2M designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify cabinet designs using Cabinet Vision software.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed cabinet plans.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs meet manufacturing standards.
  • Maintain accuracy in measurements, materials, and hardware specifications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting design issues and optimizing layouts for efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed production packets and CNC‑ready files for production.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Cabinet Vision software (required).
  • Experience in woodworking and cabinet design and construction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
