What You'll Be Doing- Operate mobile and plant equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs.
- Monitor plant processes and adjust controls to maintain product quality and flow.
- Conduct routine inspections, perform basic maintenance, and report equipment issues promptly.
- Assist with material handling, loading, stockpiling, and housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and plant systems with attention to detail and safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to adapt to changing plant conditions.
- Reliable attendance, professionalism, and commitment to team success.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and operational technologies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Must meet all site-specific safety and compliance requirements throughout employment.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $30.00–$38.00 per hour,
