Journey CNC Machinist – Verus Aerospace

We have a variety of 3‑axis, 4‑axis and 5‑axis, multi‑spindle and single‑spindle CNC machines. The position requires Monday–Thursday from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.

• Experienced machinist with at least 3 years of experience
• Experience with fixturing and tooling applications
• Experience with hard metals such as Inconel and titanium (plus)
• Familiarity with shop planning and tooling
• Expertise in CNC or profile machining

• Apprenticeship graduate or technical degree is helpful
• Demonstrated expertise in shop math, blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing
• Proficiency in hard metals machining, especially Inconel, titanium, or similar alloys
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a self‑motivated attitude

• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry:
  Regularly up to 10 lb, occasionally up to 25 lb, and lifting assistance required for over 50 lb

Pay range: $25.52–$38.80 USD per hour. Base pay varies with knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, FSA/HSA, hospital indemnity, critical illness and accident plans. 401(k) plan available. Employees receive 9 paid holidays and 10 days (80 hrs) paid time off per calendar year.
