Quality Technician I - Swing Shift

Location: Fife, WA

Hours: 3 PM-11:30 PM OR 3:30 PM-12:30 AM

Starting Pay: $23.00-$27.00 HRLY with $2.00 shift differential

As a Quality Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance. You’ll support new product launches and ongoing quality initiatives across our operations.

• Audit in-process and finished product quality checks
• Maintain accurate records of product testing and inspections
• Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and drive improvements
• Collaborate with team members at all levels — from employees to managers
• Work with corporate and local quality teams to uphold standards
• Recommend process and tooling changes to improve quality and reduce waste
• Implement changes across teams (without direct management responsibility)

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with quality systems and standards
• Proficiency in Solid Works, CAD, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
