Inventory Specialist

Hourly: $22.00 – $26.75
Work hours:
Flexible schedule, including occasional travel between buildings.
As an Inventory Specialist, you will accurately document and track finished product in METRC and other state‑mandated systems. You will coordinate inventory before and after packaging, test, and sales fulfillment, and serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Document and enter inventory from production into METRC or other state tracking system.
- Label all inventory clearly.
- Perform daily physical inventory audits.
- Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning.
- Log transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units.
- Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, facilitate intake and outtake of product with sales representatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and ensure a safe working environment.
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
- Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory to supervisors.
- Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product.
- Other duties and activities may change or be assigned with or without advance notice.
- At least 1 year of directly related experience in inventory, analytics, or logistics, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with high urgency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; METRC experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- State permits, licenses, and certifications required. >
- Occasional travel required between buildings and sites.
- Legal age: 21 years of age or older.
- Background check required.
Serv Safe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
- Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 – $26.75/hr biweekly.
- Overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401k.
