MIG Welder - Custom Shop - Stainless – 4‑10 hr shifts

Base Pay
: $28.00/hr – $36.00/hr

Shift Schedule
: 4‑10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday

• Perform MIG welding on stainless steel for custom metal fabrication projects.
• Consistently produce clean, high‑quality welds according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the shop team.
• Follow shop safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• 3+ years of MIG welding experience, including stainless steel.
• Experience with custom fabrication or architectural metalwork preferred.
• Proficiency with grinders, saws, presses, brakes, and other welding equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with shop safety protocols and PPE.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
