Leasing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Leasing Manager. As the Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management, strong leasing and leadership experience.

• Oversee the operations of the Leasing Department
• Grow and develop leasing team members
• Set goals and establish expectations
• Create and maintain department procedures
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Work knowledge of all leasing procedures and duties
• Knowledge of pricing units and market fluctuations
• Establish and develop relationships with community partners
• Collaborate with other departments

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
