We are seeking a qualified Branch Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of our landscaping branch. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multi‑million‑dollar branch operations, ensuring strong financial performance, team development, and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a key leadership role requiring operational, financial, and team management expertise within a fast‑paced service environment.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage overall branch operations, including labor planning, customer relations, and profitability
- Lead and coach team members including Account Managers, Supervisors, and crews
- Monitor budgets, job costing, and key performance indicators to meet revenue and margin goals
- Coordinate with sales team to support enhancement sales and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain service quality and customer retention through consistent communication and follow‑up
- Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with all company and industry safety standards
- Represent the branch in leadership meetings and contribute to company‑wide initiatives
- 8+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance or a related service industry
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale operations, including financial oversight and team performance
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience
- Conversational Spanish
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
Physical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working in office and outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Ability to walk, kneel, crouch, and move around job sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) certification within 3 years (company support provided)
