• Compensation
  • Starting hourly wage is $16.88/hour during the training program. Will move to $17.64/hour after a successful 90‑day review.

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates or bachelor’s preferred.

• RECRUITING: Seek out the right fit, interview, place new hires.

Once hired, you will enter an 8 to 12‑week training program with the goal of becoming an Assistant Manager at a Planet Fitness location. You remain in the program until you meet all requirements and pass a 60‑ to 90‑day review. Upon meeting standards, you will receive Assistant Manager status; promotion may occur earlier if performance is exceptional.

Compensation: $16.88–$17.64 per hour.
