• Proven leadership in automotive retail sales (General Sales Manager or General Manager experience preferred).
• A people-first leader who’s passionate about mentoring and motivating others.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance performance, culture, and customer satisfaction.

• Salary
  : $132,000 - $240,000 annually

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance incentives that reward leadership and results.

• Medical Coverage: Full-time employees are eligible after 60 days, including a $0 cost employee plan
