** Maintenance / Housekeeping II - Sea Mar Community Health Centers
** Sea Mar is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
* Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste
* Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal)
* Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting)
* Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation)
* Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
* Follow all safety and health guidelines
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or GED preferred
* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
* Basic math and reading skills
* Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided)
* Annual TB test required
** Work Environment
*** Indoor and outdoor work
* Exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals
* Fast-paced healthcare setting
