Pay Range: $17.13 – $19.00 per hour

About the Role

Toyota of Tacoma is seeking a dependable and motivated Automotive Service Lot Attendant to support our fast-paced Service Department. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in productivity, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to grow their career with a respected, family-owned automotive group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet internal and external customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Work closely with Service Advisors to prepare vehicles and move them between the service drive and shop holding areas
  • Wash, vacuum, and wipe down customer vehicles
  • Safely transport customers when requested by management
  • Maintain organization and flow of vehicles throughout the service lot
  • Ensure lot and service areas remain clean and orderly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Full-time position
  • May include evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation

This is a non-exempt hourly position paid in accordance with Washington State minimum wage and overtime laws.
Overtime will be paid in compliance with Washington State and Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.
