A company is looking for a Counsel to oversee legal support services for various legal projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review and negotiate documents and provide legal counsel to managers and employees
- Represent the company during court appearances and investigate claims and complaints
- Conduct legal training and mentor junior coworkers while managing litigation and outside counsel
- Juris Doctorate and Member of State Bar in good standing with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards for solving moderately complex problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
