We are currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential claims throughout Tacoma and the surrounding Washington markets. • Conduct on‑site inspections of property damage from wind, water, fire, hail, and other covered events
• Document damages with detailed photos, measurements, and clear written reports
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners
• Manage claim files from inspection through submission while meeting reporting timelines

• Licensing:
  Active Washington adjuster license or ability to obtain one
• Software:
  Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred
• Equipment:
  Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools
• Work Style:
  Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Responsiveness:
  Ability to accept and complete assignments promptly
