• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Maintain visibility into project delivery progress and elevate risks proactively
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan technical delivery and identify dependencies
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and timelines to executive stakeholders

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum facilitation, or technical project delivery
• Proven project management skills in delivering technical projects in data and analytics environments
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and BI tools, including Azure and Power BI
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership

• Experience working with healthcare data, particularly in clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains
• Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Azure Dev Ops
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
