As a key player in our organization, you will guide projects from inception to completion while working with cutting‑edge technologies to deliver lasting results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the principal technical and managerial lead for high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with both client and company objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including defining project scope, setting deadlines, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Lead project teams by fostering a positive, collaborative environment and mentoring team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear and effective communication about project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead IT initiatives related to Federal Financials and Budget Formulation, ensuring compliance with government regulations while meeting strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal team members and third‑party contractors, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Proactively identify project risks and work closely with stakeholders to implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to best practices, company policies, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Required
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,, Information Technology, Finance,, MBA, or related field
  • PMP certification.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in managing IT and software development projects, with a focus on Federal Financials and Budget Formulation.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed project goals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • A track record of delivering projects successfully, on time, and within budget.
  • Expertise in systems development, integration, and cloud hosting solutions, with proficiency in .NET and Microsoft Internet Information Services.
  • In‑depth knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to financial systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Federal Security clearance.
  • Direct experience working with federal agencies, especially in financial management or budget formulation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and certifications such as Scrum or SaFe.
  • Professional certifications in Agile, SaFe, or Scrum methodologies.
