Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
OverviewData Driven Professional who is passionate about matching top-talent performers with employers. We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to assist with various human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR practices and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities- Administrative tasks within the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, benefits administration, and managing HR databases.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview support & training, and facilitate job offers.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to speak and write in both languages fluently.
- Proficient at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail in order to minimize any mistakes.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees and members of management team.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
