Seniors Helping Seniors has multiple positions for companions and caregivers available. We are currently seeking In-Home Senior mature caregivers in Pierce County. Willingness to obtain Home Care Aid (HCA) training required. We offer flexible hours – you choose your schedule. Whether you want to work 4 hours a week or 40, we are here to support your lifestyle by giving you an opportunity to help seniors while earning income and maintaining your interests and hobbies.

• Caregivers provide companionship as well as personal care. This may involve grooming, assisting with medications, cooking a meal, minor housekeeping, or taking a client for hospital visits.
• Seniors Helping Seniors thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing to maximize social engagement.
• The relationship that forms is rewarding for everyone.

Pay range based on experience and active certifications: $17 - $21 per hour.

• Paid sick leave, continuing education, and a flexible schedule.

• Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and are personable.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and family members.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours.
• Must be able to hear and see clearly.
