• Market the Continuous Glucose Monitor unique patient supply service and proprietary technology to diabetes clinicians.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clinical care givers.
• Assist the referral network in staying informed about new products and insurance coverage requirements.
• Deliver group and individual presentations on product choices and qualification guidelines to referral sources.
• Achieve referral quotas and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all federal & state regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively and follow through on all commitments and client needs.

• Paid 1-Week Training program held at Prism's corporate office in Elkin, NC
• Complimentary accommodations are provided for the duration of the Training Program
• Upon completion of the Training Program, Account Managers begin managing a territory

• Base salary, a quarterly bonus and commission structure, plus an expense account package.
• Performance pay based on growth, order volumes, client relationships and territory goals.
• Performance pay includes: commission (quarterly), competitive bonus challenges, additional bonus incentives.
• Expense account packages include: vehicle stipend, company iPhone and iPad, travel budget, food stipend.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration
• A proven track record of accomplishments and over achievement
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to communicate with patients, physicians, nurses, case managers and other professionals
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitasking
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
• Discipline to operate within a highly regulated industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
