About the Position
Allied Travel Careers  is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Seattle, Washington, 98122!

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:45 - 18:00)

Description:

Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. UNIT DOES NOT ACCEPT FIRST TIME TRAVELER Note that start date will be a minimum of 8 weeks from date of offer. Start date will need to align with the clinician being credentialed with healthcare payor plans active for this healthcare facility in order to provide billable services.

Providence will work directly with the clinician to complete payor credentialing. Outpatient Therapy Clinic Must be comfortable with children with autism and with families of children w/ autism
