Position Summary

The Regional Manager - Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations geographically dispersed in the region. The Regional Manager travels to clinics regularly and is available during business hours (including nights/weekends). This role has broad ownership of all administrative functions of the clinic locations, including operations, marketing, finance, managed care/third-party contracting when requested, physician compensation and reimbursement information when requested, human resources, medical and business information systems, and planning and development of ancillary services.

In partnership with the regional Clinical Care Director, this individual maintains the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer at every site. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees staff by providing direction and promoting a positive team environment through retention and engagement activities, and leads effective organizational change
  • Identifies opportunities for improving efficiency to achieve and exceed objectives, and ensures a remarkable customer experience at each site by following Indigo Service Standards
  • Partners with Clinical Education and Service Excellence to ensure the highest quality care and experiences; supports Area Managers and Clinic Managers in accountability and coaching efforts
  • Acts as a patient advocate and provides resolution of patient service or experience complaints
  • Reviews monthly management reports to identify opportunities for efficiency, potential cost reductions/revenue enhancements, and to ensure a remarkable customer experience at each site by following Indigo Service Standards
  • Oversees assessments and documentation of biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge factors to formulate, modify, or initiate individualized plans of care
  • Reinforces practice activities that ensure corporate compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $ - $ USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale corresponding to the applicant’s years of experience.
