** Business Office Manager
** to support daily administrative and HR operations for our home health, hospice, and palliative care teams. This role oversees office workflow, manages essential HR tasks, and provides supervision to a small team of direct reports. ** What You’ll Do as the Business Office Manager
*** Supervise and support office staff; ensure smooth daily operations
* Oversee payroll and timekeeping for hourly, salary, per‑diem, PPV, and 1099 employees
* Assist with onboarding, new‑hire paperwork, and employee file compliance
* Maintain employee records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations
* Track licenses, credentials, and training renewals
* Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
* Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
* Maintain and update HRIS systems (Workday); prepare reports as needed
* Coordinate administrative processes to support clinical and leadership teams
** What You Bring**
* ** Workday HRIS experience required**; HCHB experience a plus
* HR or administrative experience in
** healthcare
* * required; home health/hospice strongly preferred
* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
* Knowledge of Federal and WA State employment regulations
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work on‑site Monday–Friday in Tacoma
* Experience supervising or leading staff preferred
