Home Care Aide in Training

Position Overview:

As a Home Care Aide in Training with Generations Home Care - Tacoma, you will have the opportunity to acquire the essential skills to deliver high-quality care to clients within their homes. This training program is unpaid (the cost is roughly $800 in associated costs if paid out of pocket). However, a payroll deduction option is available to assist with the $200 application and testing fees.

Training classes will be held from March 30th to April 14th, with testing scheduled to follow. Classes will be held during the day (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Successful candidates can achieve certification in just three weeks!

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility
