• Consistent Pay
  :
  Earn an hourly rate based on residence: $68 for Seattle, $52.50 for other Washington residents, and ranging between $52.50 - $70 for out-of-state residents.
• Balanced Caseloads and Schedules
  :
  Choose a weekly caseload of 7 to 20 clients, with sessions from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Use data to inform treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients as needed.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults.
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Availability for 8-24 hours/week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
• Availability during regular hours for training and ongoing support.
• Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9).
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Must be licensed and in good standing.
