🏥What You’ll Do
As a COTA in our SNF and ALF-based rehab programs, you will:
Assist in treating a variety of residents, including those with clinically complex needs
Perform and teach safe transfers
Deliver adaptive ADL retraining (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep, etc.)
Support and carry out the individualized treatment plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Promote residents’ independence, safety, and meaningful participation in daily activities
Need help in any skill area? We gladly provide competency training and ongoing mentorship—your success is our priority.

Who Thrives Here
We prefer COTAs with 1+ year of SNF experience
, but we welcome all caring, passionate clinicians who:
Hold a current Washington OTA license in good standing
Graduated from an accredited OTA program
Are organized, self-directed, and motivated
Enjoy working with the geriatric population and value patient-centered care
