  • This position works approximately 16 hours per week on a yearly basis, with additional work hours on an intermittent basis. Availability for days, nights, and weekends are required.

As the Room Monitor temporary (extra‑hire), you will be critical in ensuring events are successful at the Frontier Park, Cross Park, and Meridian Habitat facilities. You will set up and tear down events and act as the primary point of contact for groups renting and using the facility.

This means setting up tables and chairs for rentals, supervising groups in attendance, providing great customer service, putting away tables and chairs, tidying up the space post‑event, and completing paperwork after functions.

Core Daily Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for groups renting and using the facility
  • Assist with setting up and tearing down for events
  • Work with household type cleaning products and perform light janitorial tasks
  • Ensure facility is safe for all in attendance
  • Provide excellent customer service to those renting and using the facility
  • Complete appropriate paperwork following events
  • Work within the policies and procedures of the facility
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer services skills
  • Ability to successfully navigate unusual circumstances
