Key Responsibilities Support project sales and structured financing, including due diligence and transaction document preparation Conduct project valuation and modeling, including capital structure sensitivities and market analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and support projects in construction or operation
Required Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking in the renewable energy sector Familiarity with project finance structures, including tax monetization and construction financing Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage financial and legal reviews Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Knowledge of discounted cash flow analysis, including pre-tax and after-tax returns
