Tax Manager- HYBRID

Base pay range
: $/yr - $/yr

Experience: 3–5 years in tax management

Salary: $130K-$160K per year, potential bonus, generous benefits plan & PTO, and more!

• Review and prepare complex individual, trust, estate
  , and business tax returns
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to HNW clients and families
• Lead and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants
• Research and resolve advanced tax issues
  , including multi-state filings
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations
• Collaborate on client relationship management and act as a trusted advisor

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, etc.
• Active CPA license
• 3–5 years of experience in tax management
• Strong background in 1040s, trusts, and estate returns
• Business return experience (
  1065, 1120S
  ) is a plus
• Proven ability to research complex tax issues and communicate solutions clearly
• Experience with multi-state taxation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for client service and mentoring
• CCH Suite (Axcess Tax, Engagement, Firm)
• Access Tax
• Microsoft Excel
