Assistant Fisher House Manager NF

This position is located at the Washington:
Joint Base Lewis-McChord Army Fisher House.

• Incentives will not be paid.

• The incumbent provides support to the Fisher House Manager and acts as the housing manager in their absence.
• Provides direct, on site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures.
• Participates in the development, execution, review and analysis of the Fisher Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Budget.
• Under the Fisher House Manager's direction, implements new procedures, regulations and guidelines concerning house operations.
• Participates in coordinating and supervising volunteers and contract employees, such as housekeepers, repairmen, landscapers, etc.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays for special events (IF REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT).
• A successful background investigation submission to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) must be met no later than 30 calendar days after entry on duty or placement in the position for internal candidates.
• Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability determination.
