Tacoma Community College (TCC) was built on the ancestral territory of Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Puyallup.

Position Summary Provides instruction for Nursing Assistant courses and maintains course documentation and related Nursing Assistant Program communication.
This position works closely with nursing faculty colleagues in the design, implementation and evaluation of the nursing assistant curriculum.
This position works closely with the Nursing Assistant Program Director and reports to the Associate Dean for Nursing.
As a part-time faculty member NAC/CNA program, you will serve not only as an educator but also as a mentor, advocate, and role model for a diverse student population.
This position offers the opportunity to shape future nursing assistants by teaching in various settings, including the classroom, skills labs, and clinical environments, while advancing equity and excellence in nursing assistant education.
Provide high-quality on-site and/or online instruction in entry-level caregiving competencies for Nursing Assistant students.
Plan, select, and implement appropriate active-learning strategies aligned with course competencies and program outcomes.
Develop, select, and use reliable and valid formative and summative assessment methods to evaluate student learning and competency attainment.
