Summary🌟 Come Join Our Growing Team at Brotman Early Learning Center! 🌟 We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and fun‑loving educator to join our amazing team! Brotman Early Learning Center is a play‑based program that operates year‑round, serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Our kiddos are energetic, curious, and always on the move—so we’re searching for someone who can keep up with their speed and jump right into the fun!
Our Preschool classroom (ages 3–5) is a truly special group. These children love creating elaborate imaginative games, building train tracks and race tracks together, singing songs, and sharing stories about their weekends. They are kind, loving, and full of personality—and they thrive with teachers who are ready to comfort them, connect with them, and actively join in their play.
You’ll be joining a preschool team of three teachers, and we’re excited to welcome our third teacher into this supportive space. There is lots of guidance and collaboration, so previous early learning experience is not required. If you’re eager to learn about child development and interested in starting a career in early education, this is a wonderful place to grow.
At Brotman, our entire staff works together to create a positive, nurturing environment for both children and teachers. We also have a fantastic group of families who are incredibly supportive and partner with us to meet each child’s needs.
If you’re caring, playful, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you! Come join our amazing team and help create joyful, memorable days for our kiddos!
