Frontier Dermatology is seeking a full‑time Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing physician‑owned practice in Tacoma, WA.

• Comprehensive services: general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and a busy clinical research division.
• Teaching opportunities: ACGME‑accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs with academic appointments at the University of Washington.
• Cutting‑edge collaboration: Monthly Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and a HIPAA‑compliant app for clinical case sharing.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist (ABDM).
• Full‑time availability of 32 patient‑facing hours per week, 30 patients per week.
• Medical license in Washington State and the ability to practice dermatology.

• Provide patient‑centered dermatologic care across general, pediatric, and advanced dermatology services.
• Perform Mohs surgery and other surgical procedures as indicated.
• Conduct dermatopathologic evaluations and collaborate with the CAP/CLIA‑certified laboratory.
• Participate in academic teaching and mentorship of residents and fellows.
• Engage in collaborative research projects within the clinical division.

Estimated earnings range for 1.0 FTE at 32 patient‑facing hours per week, 30 patients per week: $500,000 – $750,000 USD annually depending on patient, payer, and procedure mix.
