Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Tacoma / Lakewood, WATop Market Pay | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends We are hiring a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established and growing dental practice serving the Tacoma–Lakewood, WA area. Schedule (Highly Competitive for Tacoma Area)
Tuesday – Friday7:00 AM – 3:00 PM(Typically 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM)4-day workweek

No weekends

Registered Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention

Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis

Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP)
Utilize advanced dental technology, including iTero scanning

Administer local anesthesia in accordance with WA State licensure

Assist with composite restorations under dentist supervision

Maintain clinical excellence and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license

Current certifications in:

Radiographs Dental anesthesia

Experience with composite restorations preferred

Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
