Are you passionate about travel and driven by the excitement of helping others plan their dream vacations?
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Vacation Planners. In this role, you'll combine your love of travel with client support and planning expertise to create unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
- Design and coordinate customized vacation packages including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication
- Stay informed on top destinations, seasonal promotions, and travel trends to provide expert recommendations
- Assist clients with itinerary adjustments and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
- Comprehensive training and mentorship - no prior travel industry experience required
