Client Service Representative - Tacoma, WA
Soundview Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. Our CSRs are the face of our practice, playing an important part in our community reputation and supporting our clients and patients with great customer service.
- Role: Client Service Representative
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $17.13–$18.50 per hour
- Schedule: Four 10‑hour shifts per week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

- Answer phones professionally, look up client information, schedule appointments, take messages, and answer client’s questions.
- Greet all clients with a smile and welcoming tone.
- Prioritize between routine cases and emergency cases and schedule accordingly.
- Generate invoicing, explain invoices to clients, and process payments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and patients.
- Know and use medical abbreviations to make appropriate notes in patient records and appointment notes.
- Maintain medical records and understand medical record filing systems.
- Count and record cash flow and prepare bank deposits.
