As a Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, service issues, and account inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.

• Competitive annual salary of $40,000 – $50,000 per year.
