Job Title:

Construction Lift Operator (Temp-to-Permanent)

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Start Time: 5:30 AM (typically off by 3:00 PM)

Hours:

40 hours per week overtime opportunities

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a full-time Construction Lift Operator for the removal and transport of recycle and dump bins on active construction sites. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity, with full-time permanent status and benefits available after the probationary period.

We are looking for dependable candidates who are interested in long-term employment with opportunities for growth within the company. This is not a seasonal position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy-duty forklift/lift equipment to move, remove, and position recycle and dump bins on construction sites
Safely maneuver materials and equipment in active construction environments
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain awareness of surrounding workers, equipment, and vehicles to ensure safe operations
Perform basic equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
Follow all site safety rules and company procedures
Work Environment:

Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Must be willing to work in sun, rain, sleet, ice, and snow
Active construction site environment with heavy equipment and vehicle traffic
Requirements:

Previous experience operating heavy-duty forklift or lift equipment required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work full-time and occasional overtime
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and job site awareness
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
