About the Role
We are hiring a seasonal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized, welcoming front‑desk environment.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and an upbeat demeanor.
- Customer‑service experience and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- The ability to multi‑task and remain organized in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to help clients feel confident and informed.
- Care for maintaining a tidy, welcoming front‑desk environment.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Pay Range$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job‑related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive or short‑term incentive plans.
