Office Administrator​/HR & Accounting

Informed Land Survey (ILS) is hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our HR, accounting, and general administrative operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — we’d love to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with strong multitasking abilities, solid administrative experience, and a hands-on approach to supporting a busy and collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do:

Run weekly payroll (Gusto)

Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and invoicing (Quick Books)

Handle union reporting and compliance documentation

Set up new projects and manage project paperwork

Support day-to-day office operations and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

1-2+ years admin or accounting support experience

Payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable experience

Strong organizational skills & attention to detail

Quick Books and Gusto experience a plus

Valid driver's license with clean driving record
