Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Execute the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance-related reports
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting;
Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Strong experience with Quick Books Online and familiarity with other accounting software like Xero, Intacct, or Net Suite Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
