Job Purpose- The jobholder will identify and monitor training needs in the Mobility division, mainly focused on VIP Chauffeur drivers, and will appropriately design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
- The jobholder will be an integral part of helping to build Land mobility operations with a focus on driving efficiency and consistency in guest experience in line with the standards.
- Developing and implementing training plans, including creating curricula, selecting instructors, and setting training budgets.
- Reviewing course evaluations to assess which topics are most relevant to employee needs or which instructors are most effective in delivering instruction.
- Evaluating training programs to ensure they comply with service standards, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Consulting with senior management to determine strategic goals for training programs.
- Overseeing the implementation of training programs (on site) in the classroom and on job locations (off site).
- Conducting research on new training methodologies, performance, and technologies to determine their potential applications in the workplace.
- Designing training programs that meet specific company goals while also improving VIP Chauffeur performance.
- Maintaining contact with internal clients to identify training needs.
- Coordinating with human resources to hire instructors and set schedules for training sessions.
- Organize the Occupational Health and Safety training or awareness campaign for employees to ensure compliance with all OHS policies and procedures.
- 3 years of relevant experience within the GCC is preferable.
- At least 6 years of industry experience and proven expertise in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving and change oriented environment.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with a minimum of intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook (skill level will be tested)
- Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with independence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate based on the needs of VIP chauffeur drivers.
- Strong customer service orientation. High energy and passion for interaction with people
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Possess a positive, service oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
- Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve a variety of problems.
