• As Exercise Physiologist at Miraval The Red Sea, your main role is responsible for delivering scientifically-based fitness assessments, movement analysis, and personalized exercise programming at Miraval The Red Sea.
• This role integrates exercise science, functional movement, rehabilitation strategies, and mindful movement techniques to support guests in enhancing physical performance, recovering from injuries, and improving overall well-being.
• The Exercise Physiologist will lead one-on-one consultations, group workshops, and specialized wellness programs while ensuring alignment with Miraval's philosophy of holistic well-being.
• This position requires a research-driven, guest-focused, and results-oriented approach, while maintaining compliance with Saudi Arabia's hospitality and wellness industry standards.

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, including cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and movement screenings.
• Develop individualized exercise prescriptions based on guest goals, injury history, and functional movement capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance in corrective exercise, postural alignment, and mobility training.
• Educate guests on exercise physiology, injury prevention, and evidence-based movement techniques.
• Integrate breathwork, stress reduction, and mindful movement strategies to enhance fitness outcomes.
• Foster a supportive, educational, and engaging training environment that promotes long-term well being.
• Align all movement recommendations with Miraval's holistic and science based approach to well being.
• Assist guests recovering from injuries, chronic conditions, or post surgical rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure safe and effective exercise programming.
• Implement low impact, restorative exercise techniques, including water based therapy and corrective movement strategies.
• Monitor guest progress and adjust programs accordingly for optimal results and injury prevention.

• Design specialized fitness and recovery programs, including injury prevention, postural correction, and performance enhancement.
• Work closely with fitness, nutrition, and spa teams to create integrated well being programs that maximize guest results and revenue.
• Introduce evidence based workshops on movement efficiency, strength balance, and longevity focused training.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in exercise science, biomechanics, and performance training.

• Ensure fitness center and training spaces are properly maintained, clean, and equipped for safe exercise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and risk management procedures in all exercise assessments and fitness recommendations.
• Comply with Saudi Arabia's health, wellness, and hospitality regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest fitness assessments and program progress.

• Work alongside personal trainers, yoga instructors, and spa professionals to create a seamless and holistic guest experience.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior trainers or resort staff interested in exercise physiology.
• Participate in Miraval's professional development programs to continuously refine expertise and methodologies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field.
• Certification in Exercise Physiology (ACSM, ASEP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in exercise testing, corrective exercise, or performance training in a luxury wellness setting.
