Senior Contract Manager

Our client is a globally renowned infrastructure and environmental solutions contractor currently working on part of a high-profile $80M USD project in Amaala, Saudi Arabia. This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of a water project as part of a larger mega-development.

The company is looking for a Contract Manager to lead the remaining years of work, which involves delivering vital infrastructure, such as housing, utilities, and associated works. This position will be focused on contract and claims management on the project, exclusively on the post award phase.

• Location: Remote (nearest city 90 minutes away; camp-based accommodation after the initial phase)
• Compensation: base salary paid in $ net/month + performance bonus
• Benefits: Accommodation, transport, medical coverage, and a rotation schedule (3 months on / 2 weeks off, open to discussion)

• 10+ years of construction management experience, ideally with a contractor background
• Strong civils expertise; water project exposure (desalination, wastewater) is a bonus but not essential.
• Technical degree preferred; MCIArb, RICS, or advanced degrees (MSc/LLM) highly regarded.
• Fluent English required, with French and Arabic as added advantages but not essential.
