Job Description
As People and Culture Manager , you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, talent, and soul of our opening team. We're seeking someone who is bold, imaginative , and deeply people-focused - a trusted partner who will help bring our Faena values to life.
- Support People & Culture Vision :
Partner with the Director of People & Culture to implement and lead day-to-day HR operations. Help implement the People & Culture strategy, aligning with Faena's values and business priorities, and creating an extraordinary workplace culture. - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :
Support in recruitment campaigns that attract top talent, while assisting in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and succession strategies to ensure long-term team success. - Culture & Engagement :
Foster an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative environment, championing employee engagement activities and ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to retention.
Lead onboarding experiences that are immersive, inspiring, and uniquely Faena.
Champion employee wellbeing, recognition, and engagement programs. - Performance & Development :
Oversee performance management processes and create personalized development paths that inspire growth and align with Faena's innovative approach to leadership. - Compliance & Governance :
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, Saudization targets, and Faena policies, advising leadership on employee relations and ethical practices. - Operational Excellence :
Collaborate across departments to align people strategy with operational needs, and maintain confidential P&C data to inform key business decisions.
- 5+ years in Human Resources within luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality.
- Strong experience in pre-opening and ramp-up environments is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia labor law is a strong advantage.
- You're a people-first leader with emotional intelligence, a flair for hospitality, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful team experiences.
- Fluent in English
