Job Description
Raffles The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxury resort team. In this role, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our world class spa facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Assist in managing the day to day operations of the spa and wellness facilities
- Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to brand standards
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist in managing the spa's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost saving opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative spa treatments and wellness programs
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in spa and wellness management or related field, preferably in luxury hospitality settings
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the spa industry
- Spa management certification preferred
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
