- Support the Executive Caretaker in implementing Jayasom's strategy, policies, and operational initiatives.
- Lead the Laundry team to ensure the highest standards of laundry services.
- Manage and control laundry budgets, forecasts, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of all tasks.
- Promote Jayasom's wellness and sustainability culture by leading through example.
- Oversee daily laundry operations to ensure compliance with Jayasom's service standards and procedures.
- Manage and supervise the Laundry team to meet departmental objectives and service timelines.
- Ensure proper handling, timely return, and high-quality finishing of guest laundry and dry cleaning.
- Control detergent, chemical, linen, wardrobe, and inventory levels, including coordination with external laundry providers.
- Maintain regular linen and wardrobe inventories and ensure sufficient par levels.
- Establish and monitor maintenance schedules for all laundry machinery and equipment.
- Conduct quality control checks on linen and laundry items.
- Coordinate VIP preparations and special guest requests with relevant departments.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring full satisfaction and proper documentation.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality.
- Monitor maintenance issues, report faults, and follow up on resolutions.
- Support departmental business planning and prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure guest records are accurately updated in line with company policies and local requirements.
