As the Host at Miraval The Red Sea, you play a key role in welcoming guests and guiding them into their personalized wellness journey. This position is responsible for mindful orientation, room escorting, and creating meaningful first impressions that reflect the Miraval's holistic philosophy. You embody Miraval's wellness philosophy by setting the tone of hospitality with presence, mindfulness, and personalized attention.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlease note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Miraval The Red Sea colleagues continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As Host you will need to:
- Greet guests upon arrival with Miraval mindful hospitality
- Offer welcome drink (Saudi coffee & dates / another alternative)
- Escort guests to their rooms at a slow, intentional pace
- Highlight Miraval's mindful facilities during the walk
- Confirm scheduled wellness activities or preferences
- Provide a soft-spoken yet knowledgeable introduction to room features
- Handle special requests with empathy and grace
- Record guest preferences for future personalization
- 1+ years in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or wellness industry
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Knowledge or passion for wellness practices (yoga, Ayurveda, meditation)
- Fluent in English;
Arabic or other languages an advantage - Poised, elegant demeanor and presentable at all times
- Able to walk and stand for long durations
- Standing for extended periods (8 hours) with proper posture and calm presence
- Opening and handling large doors
- Remaining alert and poised
- You will be working outdoor & indoor based on operational needs
