As the Villa Butler at Miraval The Red Sea, you play a key role in welcoming villa guests, delivering personalized, seamless, and discreet service throughout their stay. Your role combines responsibilities of concierge, room service, housekeeping coordination, and lifestyle assistant, all delivered in Miraval mindful approach, with anticipation of guest needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlease note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Miraval The Red Sea colleagues continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As Villa Butler you will need to:
- Greet guests upon arrival with Miraval mindful hospitality
- Offer welcome drink (Saudi coffee & dates / another alternative)
- Escort guests to their villas and handle all their requests
- Highlight Miraval's mindful facilities during the walk
- Confirm scheduled wellness activities or preferences
- Ensure daily amenities are refreshed
- Handle special requests with empathy and grace
- Record guest preferences for future personalization
- Coordinate special occasions, celebrations, and on-request dining setups in-villa
- 2+ years in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or wellness industry
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Knowledge or passion for wellness practices (yoga, Ayurveda, meditation)
- Fluent in English;
Arabic or other languages an advantage - Poised, elegant demeanor and presentable at all times
- Opening and handling large doors
- Remaining alert and poised
- Outdoor & indoor as needed in operations
