A leading luxury hotel chain is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and mentor the guest experience team, ensure high service standards, and resolve guest complaints. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international luxury hotel chain.
