We're looking for a Spa Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and elevated spa experience while supporting daily operations and upholding IHG brand standards.
As part of our Spa & Recreation team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth coordination, exceptional service, and a consistently high-quality experience throughout their journey.
A little taste of your day-to-day- Answering all incoming calls professionally and courteously, providing accurate information on spa services, products, promotions, and availability
- Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out, and ensuring a smooth guest journey
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments accurately while maximizing treatment room and therapist utilization
- Maintaining and updating guest profiles, preferences, and folios within the system
- Processing payments and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times
- Supporting the Spa Manager with administrative tasks including reports, records, and supply orders
- Promoting spa treatments, memberships, and retail products, including upselling when appropriate
- Handling guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalating matters when required
- Ensuring all departmental standards, procedures, and checklists are followed consistently
- Monitoring hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across front and back of house areas
- Communicating any incidents or issues involving guests or colleagues to management promptly
- Assisting spa colleagues with guest needs when required, including providing towels or directions
- Attending required training sessions and team meetings
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned to support spa operations
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or guest service environment
- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong phone etiquette and professional presentation
- Knowledge of spa services and beauty products, with the ability to promote them confidently
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
